Pumpkin Pie / Dairy

Pumpkin Pie
Kosher // Dairy



Ingredients
1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg


Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 

1) Combine ingredients in large bowl.

2) Pour into shell. 

3) Bake 15 minutes. 

4) Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
